Privacy Policy
Effective date: Jan 1, 2026
Active Performance Group Inc. ("we," "us" or "our") operates the website at activepg.com and the associated coaching platform (collectively, the "Service"). This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information when you use the Service:
Account information. Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, weight and other details you provide when you book a consultation or enroll in a coaching plan.
Onboarding information. Activity level, training history, supplement interest level, budget preferences and goals you share during the onboarding process.
Health-related information. Blood work panels or other documents you voluntarily upload for coaching purposes. We are not a health care provider, and the Service is not subject to HIPAA. By uploading health-related documents, you acknowledge that this information is stored for coaching use only.
Payment information. We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Google account data. When a coach connects a Google account to the Service, we access Google Calendar data and Google Meet through the Google API. See "Google User Data" below for full details.
Usage data. We may collect basic analytics data such as pages visited, browser type and referring URLs.
Communications. Text messages (SMS) are sent to confirm appointments, deliver notifications and share updates. Your phone number is used solely for Service-related communications.
Google User Data
The Service integrates with Google Calendar and Google Meet to manage coach availability, schedule appointments and generate video meeting links. This section describes how we handle data obtained through Google APIs.
What we access. We request access to a coach's Google Calendar to read existing events (to determine availability), create new events (to schedule client appointments) and generate Google Meet links for online sessions.
How we use it. Google Calendar data is used exclusively to provide scheduling and appointment functionality within the Service. We do not use Google data for advertising, market research or any purpose unrelated to providing or improving the Service.
How we store it. Appointment data created through the Service is stored in our database to display scheduling information to coaches and clients. We do not store a copy of the coach's full calendar. We retain only the specific event data necessary to operate the Service.
How we share it. We do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to third parties. Google data is accessible only to the authenticated coach and, where applicable, the client associated with a specific appointment. No third-party tools or services receive Google user data except as necessary to operate core Service functionality (for example, our hosting provider).
Retention and deletion. Google Calendar data associated with an appointment is retained for as long as the appointment record exists in the Service. Coaches may disconnect their Google account at any time through the Service settings, which revokes the Service's access to their Google data. Upon disconnection, we stop accessing the Google account. Appointment records previously created in our database remain for recordkeeping purposes but are no longer synced with Google.
Compliance. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
